On 3/12/12 at approximately 1250 hours Allegany County 911 dispatched Box area 2301 for a Working Trailer Fire at Marsh Manor Court in McCoole, MD. Dispatched on the assignment were Engine 23, Ambulance 23, Engine 33, Engine Tanker 22, Truck 24, and Engine 39. E/R 23 arrived on the scene with a working fire and Chief 23/Pearce established the Marsh Manor Command. E/T 22 responded with 6 volunteers.

On 3/12/12 at approximately 1110 hours Allegany County 911 dispatches Squad 22, Engine 24, and EMS 50 to a vehicle crash on Rock St at Popular St in Westernport. Squad 22 responded with 7 volunteers and A/C Pattison. Engine 22 responded with 3 volunteers and Lt Edwards. Squad 22 arrived on the scene to find a single vehicle head-on into the guardrail.

On 3/2/12 at approximately 1130 hours Allegany County 911 dispatches Squad 22, Engine 24, and EMS 50 to a vehicle accident on Route 135 east of Westernport. Squad 22 responded with 6 volunteers and D/C Kight. Squad 22 arrived an established Rt 135 Command. The crew found a car struck in the rear by a Dump Truck that pushed the car into an SHA Dump Truck. The driver of the car was still inside the vehicle on arrival but was not trapped.

On 2/18/12 in the early morning hours Mineral Couty 911 Center dispatches a motor vehicle accident with entrapment on Rt 46 near Piedmont, WV. Engine 24, Squad 22, EMS 50 were dispatched on the call. Squad 22 responded with 5 volunteers and Asst Chief Pattison. Command advised the Squad that a door pop was needed while approaching the scene. Squad 22 arrived and found a single vehicle into the embankment.
