On 8/13/12 at approximately 1705 hours units on the southside were dispatched to Residential Box 24-3 at 84 West Harrison St in Piedmont, WV (24's 1st Due) for a working house fire. Mineral County dispatched the working fire assignment bringing Co 24, 22, 19, 36, ER 20, Truck 33, Air 25, EMS 50 and E/T 38 to transfer to Station 24. Engine 24-13 and Truck 24 arrived on the scene with a working fire on the Charlie/Delta Corner of the house.

On 7/13/12 at approximately 1600 hours units on the southside were dispatched to Rt 135 near Gemanell Ave for a reported vehicle accident with entrapment. Engine Co 36, Squad 22, and EMS 50 were dispatched on the call. Deputy Chief 36 arrived on the scene and reported one driver entrapped in a small car. Squad 22 responded with 7 volunteers.

On 7/3/12 at approximately 0405 hours units on the southside were dispatched to 52 West Hampshire St in Piedmont, WV (24's 1st Due) for a reported house fire. The initial alarm brought Co 24, 22, 19, 36, and EMS 50. The upgrade to the working alarm brought Eng 231, Eng 33-13, Truck 33, and Eng 181 to transfer to Station 24. Truck 24 arrived on the scene with a working fire in the rear of the house.
